What you'll be doing

Interpreting Swapcard's internal data to provide in-depth analyses Preparing and presenting reports based on respective findings Locating and highlighting process improvement opportunities Designing the internal analytics approach along with the data science team Collaborating with engineering, product and cross-functional teams to provide optimal data analysis

Your Profile

1-3 years of professional experience in Data Analysis Degree in Statistics, related discipline, or equivalent Full proficiency in English (any other language would be appreciated!) Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and synthesis Solid knowledge of and experience in statistics fundamentals Experience with Python or R Experience using SQL databases Proficient with R Shiny, Tableau or equivalent Experience in and adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings Highly motivated, goal driven, can-do approach Innovative, entrepreneurial, team player with an excellent ability to multi-task

Prior to the pandemic, our team supported remote-work. This has helped us transition smoothly to a full-remote company this year. We'll be keeping our HQ in Paris as home base while staying flexible to see what the future holds for our growing team. Currently, we're spread out throughout the world. We're looking for ambitious and curious teammates to take part in this adventure of growing from a start-up to a scale-up.
