Job DescriptionAs part of Technicolor Connected Home, Global Supply Chain Operations department, we are looking for an experienced Busines Operations Analyst who loves operating in a fast-changing and challenging environment and enjoys rolling up sleeves to get the work done.A motivated individual who is proficient in collaborating with Regional Business Center and other stakeholder to provide quality data/reporting of high accuracy, driving tasks to completion within stated deadlines and supporting strategic priorities with focus on team success.Key Responsibilities * Supports the S&OP process with RBC to build the Consensus forecast (including monthly roll-over and what-if analysis) * Proposes the Weekly Requirements (GOP) to meet the Consensus forecast within Budgets * Demand Management (Shipment Request) as a key input for the Backoffice to use with our manufacturing partners as ODM, OEM, etc.… * Master Data management, improving the automation of Supply Chain Tools * Support the Product Lifecycle management from NPI to EOL, minimize risks * Monitor and Control the Inventory Levels * Support the Buffer stock programs (Finished Goods, Key Components, …) * Drive key business outcomes around Customer Intimacy (internal & external), by understanding the market trends and the productsSkills * Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Operations and Supply Chain management, Business Planning, or +3-year’s work experience as a Business Operations Analyst * Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and develop insights into complex business data (from collecting, analyzing, to result) * Attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency to deadlines * Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is required (PowerBI, PowerAutomate, Excel, …) * Rapid Response, SAP skills not mandatory but preferred * Apics CPIM or CSCP certifications are a benefit as well understanding of Lean Principles * Comfortable in a remote team working environment; self-motivated and results-oriented * Highly organized, with strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to influence internal executive leadership * Language(s): English mandatory; French, Spanish are a benefit
