About the role
As a CRM Data Analyst in the CRM Analytics team, you will join a cross-functional team and contribute to boost customer engagement and retention in a scalable way.
You will provide customer reporting and analysis on how to better interact with our buyers and sellers in order to meet our growth targets, and drive insight from our marketing campaigns.
Your main focus will be working on the whole lifecycle (onboarding, engagement & conversion, reactivation topics). Therefore you will interact with a range of stakeholders from the CRM and the international teams and translate their business questions into meaningful analytics - combining marketing and technical understanding.
Your experience with CRM analytics and related technologies, together with your communication and organizational skills will have a big impact on the company's performance.
The successful candidate will be comfortable with challenges, with strong attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment.
What you'll be doing
Explore and analyze the full lifecycle of the user to provide opportunities for the business You will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders from CRM and regions teams, and translate their business questions into meaningful analytics - combining marketing and technical understanding Your work will span across creating ad-hoc insights, reporting & visualization, streamlining analysis processes, and setting up and maintaining reporting and monitoring Develop performance reports/dashboards for CRM channels/campaigns/segmentations Help with ad-hoc requests (data bugs, marketing initiatives, segments, analyses, etc.) Analyze CRM campaigns performance to improve the effectiveness of our campaigns and provide actionable recommendations for optimization Collaborate with data scientists to develop advanced user churn and LTV modelsWho you are
3-5 years of experience in analytical / BI or similar work (experience in CRM and lifecycle analysis - advantage) A degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or similar quantitative discipline You are experienced with CRM-related data and technologies such as App analytics and tracking, AB testing, and campaign analytics. Experience with Braze is a plus Scripting experience (e.g. SQL) and experience with dashboarding tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, etc.) Experience with Python (in particular Pandas) is a plus. You are Business-oriented & results-driven with the ability to generate insights & action plans from data analysis Advantage: Previous experience with CRM/Marketing Analytics/customer/user segmentation modeling Advantage: Strong knowledge in statistical models, regression analyses Fluency in English Enjoy working as a team player and share knowledge Passion for e-commerce or the fashion industry is a plusWhat we offer
