Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Senior Global Affiliate Manager (maternity cover) to join the Performance Marketing team (role based in Paris)

About the role

As the Senior Global Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for managing the global affiliates program leveraging multiple commercial models to drive growth & achieve targets. You will also manage direct acquisition partnerships & nano influencers. You will grow our network of affiliates to meet our sales & GMV objectives across EU, UK, US, APAC & ROW. You will ensure that all affiliate activity is aligned with our marketing calendar, from campaigns to commercial targets. You will collaborate across different departments (Brand, PR, Social & Influencers and more) to deploy consistent 360 campaigns across our affiliate network. You will also work with the performance & web analysts to analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports: draw insights, identify optimization tactics and adjust strategy.

What you'll be doing

Manage the global affiliate & network relationships (shopping comparison sites, loyalty & rewards programs, blogger networks, vouchers, and cashback websites...etc).
Work closely with the region teams to align on performance, strategy & growth targets.
Support the expansion of strategic direct partnerships.
Partner with internal stakeholders and business planning teams on reporting, tracking and forecasting to help evaluate program performance, aiding in the development of future strategies.
Apply critical thinking skills to identify and size new acquisition opportunities, assess customer impacts, and make new recommendations to drive business growth.
Contribute to the test & learn roadmap for the Affiliate Channel, with a focus on enhanced targeting and modeling, creative and offer optimization, and audience expansion.
Product feed optimization / Key contact for our feed management tool.

Who you are

Ideally you have at least 5 years business experience in partnership marketing and/or actively managing channel(s) to target prospects. Affiliate marketing experience is strongly preferred.
Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages would be a plus
Strong analytical skills: you are very comfortable performing data analysis and making data-driven decisions
Excellent interpersonal, listening, relationship building and negotiations skills
Growth and innovation mindset: always challenge the status quo and test new ideas
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously and drive solutions to complex problems
Strong sense of accountability and decisiveness in a strong work ethic culture
