Working base in Villeroy&Boch Paris Your mission In coordination with your New business Development Manager, you build and operationalize the overall e-commerce strategy over France , Spain, Portugal and Italy Embedded in our multi-channel market development, you also work in coordination with the Sales teams. You are responsible for the long-term cooperation model with our partners and ensure its continuous expansion and optimization. You closely collaborate with internal business functions and other strategic businesses You leverage data and analytics to derive actionable insights to further grow/ develop the business You upskill organization, act as an E-Commerce ambassador You collaborate with external agencies to implement best-in-class content & media campaigns, best in class user experience and enhanced e-commerce strategy for tomorrow You partner with the central team to enhance already-existing e-Commerce site to increase engagement and satisfaction. Your profile You are looking to work in an agile, dynamic team with strong growth potential in the E-commerce segment and to use your entrepreneurial and creative spirit. You want to combine a Parisian location with international interactions (headquarters in Germany and scope France/Spain/Italy) You have a degree in business administration with a focus on e-commerce or a corresponding education. You have at least 5 years of professional experience in key account management, ideally in the field of e-commerce. Knowledge of the sanitary industry is an advantage. You are characterized by a quick recognition of market-economic contexts, a feeling for sales key figures You have sound knowledge of online marketing channels, SEO/SEA, display as well as cooperative online marketing measures and can use these to increase brand visibility and conversion on external e-commerce platforms. Highly proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint Fluent English skill for professional communication in business and multi-culture environment. Speaking German or Spanish is a plus Knowledge in Salesforce is a plus Multi-channel (online and offline) marketing understanding is a plus Think outside the box with us and explore new paths to success.
