Job Summary

Vix are looking for Technical Business Analysts to join our expanding team in Paris.

Purpose of the role:

The Business Analyst is expected to support the Vix in achieving its business objectives by working closely with the client and project teams to capture and translate customer requirements into business, technical and system specifications, suitable for implementation by project and operational teams.

Acquire and maintain an understanding of Vix business, projects and associated performance drivers. Gather and define requirements to assist with determining scope, timeframes and deliverables as required by various teams.Become an expert in the products, services and solutions offered by Vix, to allow translation of client requirements into clearly defined & testable deliverables which are clearly understood by the Vix teams.Provide a focal point for both sales staff and customers, to facilitate the translation of customer business objectives to enable the correct solution to be delivered.

Responsibilities and Duties

Knowledge and Experience:

Demonstrated experience (6+ years) in either a Technical Analyst or Business Analyst role.

Experience of working with & mapping technical requirements is essential.

Education and Qualifications (desirable, not mandatory) - Bachelor degree in Business, Computer Science or Engineering (or other related discipline).Fluent in French and English.

Key Capabilities:

1. Possess extensive knowledge and expertise in:

Interpreting, eliciting and reviewing requirements using various methods including but not limited to interviews, document review, requirements workshops, surveys and teleconferencesTranslating business processes and business requirements into technical requirementsDeveloping and documenting solution requirements in a form suitable for use by all teams involved in project deliveryDocumenting, analysing and evaluating the information gathered through workshops and surveys, business process description and task analysis.

2. Strong leadership & change management capabilities, will be required to:

Support the design and implementation of solutions that meet customer requirements.Gain a clear understanding of customer, technical and business solutions within Vix’s target market and the strategic direction / future of the industry.Collaborate with & lead customers to ensure business requirements are aligned with Vix’s solutions, capability and OneVix StrategyPromote and maintain awareness and compliance of relevant Work, Health and Safety (WHS) policies and procedures in accordance with current best practice and legal requirement.Anticipate Vix business needs and identify key stakeholders that will be impacted by a proposed initiative or business requirement, and conduct stakeholder analysis.

3. Utilise your experience to ensure:

Customer needs are determined and clearly understoodAll solutions recommended are technically suitable and can deliver a commercial return for Vix, whilst remain competitive in the market.
