Our Team in Digital & IT R&D Europe Community is impatient to meet her/his new Portfolio management and project IT Business Analyst. A big part of our work for Portfolio management is connected to the appointed Volvo solution, Planview (Volvo group IT and products projects and Applications portfolio). You will participate to different innovative projects/Activities/Epics using emerging technologies. You will have the opportunity to develop applications Supporting Volvo Group to achieve its commitments to reduce the global warming and therefore reduce its greenhouse gas emission.

This position will allow you to support Volvo Group in its Digital Transformation.

To manage all these applications you will collaborate, under the Product Owner responsibility, with the Stable Team and all the teams around the products! You will be the favorite contact of the Key Users from different Volvo organizations.

Your Mission, should you accept it is: Electing business requirements by applying different techniques to reflect business needs Managing backlog with the Scrum master and the Product Owner using story points to help with the prioritization Defining and creating user stories with the Business Stakeholders Define requirements acceptance criteria in a form that allows testing the new functionality Collaborate directly with stakeholders, Development and QA teams Ensure that requirements are understood by all members of the stable team Collaborate with other Group IT teams to develop solutions Work proactively to be in a Continuous Development process Preparing guidelines for end-users of the systems/application Communication of all changes in the application to the users Your competences/Experiences: At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst Fluency in English (both verbal & written) Practical experience in: documenting the requirements based on Agile methodology conducting interviews with English-speaking stakeholders working in Agile projects (Scrum, Kanban) Ability to conduct workshops (use of a wide range of workshop techniques depending on the type of client and their needs Ability to effectively communicate with team members in multi-cultural and geographically distributed teams Good knowledge of Collaborative tools such as Office 365, Azure DevOps… Who are you ?
