Business Analyst (SME) - Billing & Invoicing (M/F)


As we accelerate our growth in Energy domain, we need consultant who can plan, design, and deliver high visibility consulting, implementation, enhancement & support engagements.


JOB SUMMARY


Looking for a Functional Consultant / Business Analyst with domain knowledge in fuel invoicing, billing processes and B2B payments domain. Also has an exposure of B2B / B2C and development experience as below to work on the software development life cycle, from client workshops, design, development to unit testing. The role involves translating functional and design specifications into technical concepts, interaction with the clients and effective coordination for the development. People with excellent communication skills would be suitable.


JOB DESCRIPTION



Primary knowhow of fuel invoicing, billing processes and B2B payments domain. Experience of fuel retail sites pricing, billing. Appreciation of end-to-end customer lifecycle through a defined customer journey and focus on understanding the billing cycle through marketing channel, omni channel customer connect, established customer traditional loyalty programs, and end-to-end integrated customer support centre exposure.
Engage with Business Analysts and Clients business & product owner and product manager  teams in Workshops to understand requirements and design solutions


Know-how of functional, Domain side of business processes and capabilities around CRM (Sales, Service, Marketing), Distribution Management, Pricing and Billing, loyalty, cards and payment
Bring in knowledge and best practices in lead to cash process life cycle - lead to opportunity, quote to offer, offer to order, order to delivery, billing & invoicing, Pricing & Deal Management, service to satisfy, retain to grow, customer & sales Insights


Ability to document solution, technical design & deliver the solution in collaboration with team.
Performs planning, analysis, designing, requirements definition, functional design, development, testing and implementation of IT solutions.
Reporting and following up on actions, implementation with client and internal stakeholders.
Be part of the daily/weekly/monthly project and governance meetings and play the role of success manager for the team.
Supporting the Practice and account management team on any issue.
Reviewing all projects activities in line with internal compliance requirements & reporting any issues.
Experience in data migration activities, Web services Integration (preferred)


Knowledge on Agile, Scrum & JIRA (preferred)
Extensive experience in end-to-end implementation, support, enhancement of CRM solution that include, but not limited to Sales, Service, Marketing, Loyalty, Social Partner & Community Management

JOB REQUIREMENT



A Degree with good amount of experience in working & delivering IT Projects.
5+ years of experience in full cycle software development with demonstrated achievements & progressive responsibilities and exposure of programming languages like Java/.Net/Python/SQL and off-the-shelf CRM, Pricing & CPQ products like Salesforce.

Experience of Closed Loop cards, payment systems is a plus.

Strong industry domain experience in energy B2B or B2C in gas, power, renewable energy areas
Working experience in implementation, support & enhancement project
Strong ability in analytical and logical thinking.
Client facing experience or showcasing the ability to do so.
Essential to have French & English speaking / language expertise.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and articulation skills.
Experience of either as a consultant or managed consulting & advisory projects is desired.

Adept with agile software development lifecycle and DevOps principles.
Willingness to pick and learn new technology.
