The mission
In the context of the transformation of its for Sales, Marketing, Care & Onboarding (SMCO) operating model, Worldline is looking for a Business Analyst to join our global design & delivery team. This team, located within the Communication, Marketing & Sales global function, is tasked with various design and development projects pertaining to the definition and implementation of the SMCO operating model.
As a Business Analyst, you will work under the responsibility of the Head of Business Services. You will be an important pivot between business needs and their functional translation, your expertise being a driver for both internal and external resources working alongside the delivery team.
Worldline’s current SMCO operating model is in the middle of its largest transformation yet. This transformational effort spanning the full group and of which the global delivery team is a strong driver is rich in many projects, technical challenges – centered on Salesforce but not exclusive to the product –, products and solutions. You will work alongside a very dynamic team committed to the design and implementation of Worldline’s current and future SMCO operations – and to the improvement of Worldline’s Sales & Marketing performance.
One of your key assignments is to support the Service Owners – responsible for the design of part of the SMCO operating model – in managing the product vision, strategy and roadmap for implementation. Through an Agile development model, the Business Analyst will consult and liaise with business stakeholders to understand current business processes, identify pain points and translate requirements into actionable user stories. There will be a large focus on partnering with the delivery teams to find solutions that drive business value. The Business Analyst will be involved in both large-scale, transformational, company-wide initiatives as well as the continuous efforts to evolve platform features.
Responsibilities
Support product owners in the analysis and business requirements gathering to develop solutions functional architecture and detailed functional requirements Translate business requirements into actionable user stories, high level prioritization and product value metrics and clearly communicate requirements to delivery through user stories Continuously improve backlog with the team, ensuring all items are clearly described, estimated, and prioritized, and participating to grooming sessions Provide the appropriate amount of documentation in user stories with clear acceptance criteria. Create clear, concise and complete functional specifications & requirements documents. Act as a functional expert for project teams, and facilitate the collaboration between technical and non-technical resources Participate when needed to the delivery or 2nd line support effort by using codeless automation tools and advanced configuration utilities of the Salesforce platform Acquire and maintain an excellent understanding for business processes and Worldline’s industry Supported by the team management, create and maintain a network of business stakeholders with whom to address open questions/decisions Support the edition(s) of user guide or business guide(s), change communication and end-user training for system implementationsProfile
Strong familiarity with Salesforce’s product & functional environment. Past experience in Product Design preferred Relevant experience working with stakeholders in a business environment, working across cross-functional groups to apply software solutions to business problems Past experience as a functional analyst on Salesforce systems, with a strong focus on implementations is preferred Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Field Service Lightning Consultant) are a plus Ability to understand current processes, evaluate areas for improvement, document gaps and a path to close the gap Experience with Agile methodology, writing user stories, prioritizing backlog, etc. Good understanding of business processes in particular in the Sales & Marketing areas Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, French is a plus Detailed, organized and result-orientedDevant Python et Java, JavaSript reste le langage de programmation utilisé par le plus grand nombre de développeurs dans le monde, selon...
