We’re a small team of 50 passionate people determined to offer an alternative to products that were meant to connect us but only alienated us. Role
Zenly already has millions of active users, but we are now entering into a phase that requires us to scale at a fast rate :)
Finding and recruiting talented people is essential in order to fulfil our ambitions. We would love to have someone in house, within our People team, to own the hiring process and fully focus on our recruitment needs (mainly oriented tech & leadership) but also develop a long term hiring strategy and build the team. This person will be instrumental to our growth, sharing Zenly vibes at an international level.
It also offers many trips, to meet candidates across the world, create and keep relationships with agencies, partners etc.
Manage the full hiring process and ensure we attract and select high-potential talents: identify talents worldwide including outreach, screening/interviewing, networking, managing candidates etc. : be THE point of contact
Ensure the best experience for our candidates: everything from the 1st contact to the signature, ensure warm welcome in the office to share the Zenly vibes
Build solid relationships with the managers and serve as an advisor and partner to build reliable pipelines of great candidates
Actively participate in the hiring strategy and develop our hiring brand: write blogpost, organize events, create partnership with schools, manage our social medias etc.
Drive, oversee and coordinate searches with recruiting agencies, worldwide
Benchmark the market regularly to update our pay grid
Design a candidate experience process and analyze feedback
Use hiring metrics to develop and improve efficient hiring solutions

Employer brand strategy defined and promoted with actions launched
Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners and candidates)

Fair understanding of the technical landscape and able to talk basic tech
Ability to work independently and simultaneously on multiple positions
Demonstrable experience recruiting for a fast-paced company, ideally for a software company
Have direct impact, in days, on the company growth
