Principal missions:

- Management of all development engineering resource data operations: documentation and submittal of international business unit data, consolidation, report creation.
- Coordinate preparation of resource forecasts and levelling actions. Uphold quality and ethics in data decisions.
- Prepare and publish timely the reports to standard cadence.
- Responsible to guide international resource controllers to meet branch standards.
- Opportunity to drive an investigation and implementation of process & tool improvements, focus on labor waste reduction.

Required compétencies:

Thorough knowledge of MSOffice and other data structure and analytic platforms (function, VBA, PowerPivot required, PowerQuery and SQL preferred). Ability to self-teach, work with experts, and provide explanations to business unit data controllers. Excellent data administration skills.

Proficient French and English. Must be able to time manage to a monthly cadence. Should be inquisitive, with a mindset for problem solving, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement. Ability to work across cultures, organization levels, and with discretion of personnel data.
