What you’ll be doing at Webhelp

As an Italian-Speaking Customer Advisor for Technical Project, you will:

Assist customers throughout the buying process, providing guidance and solutions to meet their requirements.
Handle inbound calls and emails with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Quickly assess customer situations and provide on-the-spot advice or solutions.
Create an outstanding buying experience for customers, getting them excited about our products.
We’ll be a great match if you:

Have a high level of Italian (C1) and are fluent in English (B1)
Are able to to work independently and handle stressful situations effectively.
Have a positive and dedicated attitude towards customer satisfaction
Are familiar with Apple products or Mac knowledge is a significant advantage Are outgoing and confident in inbound/outbound phone sales with a great phone manner

Description du poste :

As Business Developer Specialist, you will be responsible for following up marketing campaigns and events to generate new prospect leads by telephone identifying and qualifying opportunities for new business.

As a Business Development Specialist, you will:

• Guide partners through the client’s new technology Solutions
• Keep track of the main partners lead generations
• Establish close relationships with partners
• Consolidate deep knowledge about company new IT products and solutions
• Promote Client Campaigns quarterly according to the stakeholder requirements
• Execute regional strategies and tactics that improve client’s opportunities for all marketing offers
• Align with the CX Renewals leadership team for contacts and teamwork
• Provide and update up to date weekly Excel reports

Profil recherché :

We are looking for

• Excellent command in German (minimum C1)
• Fluent in English (minimum B2)
• Outstanding Communication skills
• Preference for Relevant University Degree, preferably with a Tech background
• 1-2 years’ B2B marketing experience in a similar or adjacent industry, start-up, or consultancy company, preferably in sales with Tech knowledge experience in IT Companies
• Experience in owning the full sales cycle (developing and closing opportunities, working closely with customers and/or partners)
• Very good MS Office (Excel) knowledge
