What you’ll be doing at Webhelp As an Italian-Speaking Customer Advisor for Technical Project, you will: Assist customers throughout the buying process, providing guidance and solutions to meet their requirements. Handle inbound calls and emails with professionalism and enthusiasm. Quickly assess customer situations and provide on-the-spot advice or solutions. Create an outstanding buying experience for customers, getting them excited about our products. We’ll be a great match if you: Have a high level of Italian (C1) and are fluent in English (B1) Are able to to work independently and handle stressful situations effectively. Have a positive and dedicated attitude towards customer satisfaction Are familiar with Apple products or Mac knowledge is a significant advantage Are outgoing and confident in inbound/outbound phone sales with a great phone manner If you feel you don’t check off every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply either way.
