Main missions
ü Manage the existing loyalty programme for the Europcar brand
ü Define and implement customer loyalty plans to increase revenue from profitable customer segments
ü Manage the lifecycle ecrm plans for the existing loyalty programme
MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY
Existing loyalty programme:
- Manage and measure customer lifetime value, churn and attrition rates
- Grow the revenue from the active membership base through relevant data knowledge and e-crm campaigns
- Grow the database with repeaters not yet members via dedicated e-crm to our existing customer base
- Manage the briefs to the Brand Marketing manager to acquire new repeaters via online media campaigns
- Ensure revenue growth of the top tier levels of the programme
- Liaise with the operational teams to ensure high levels of NPS
- Ensure the regular update and improvement of the loyalty benefits to attract new repeaters
- Ensure the day to day support of corporate and franchisee countries in the management and monitoring of the Privilege members enrolment, activity, satisfaction and retention
- Liaise with group & country e-commerce/marketing teams to maintain fresh, targeted, effective crm campaigns
- Manage the CRM agency for the lifecycle & relational crm: agency briefs, creative proposals , targeting and country proofs as well as the related KPIs reporting & analyses
- Manage the quarterly Loyalty Marketing reviews with countries
- Manage the day2day support of all corporate countries in the localisation / customer service queries
- Manage the testing and implementation phases to launch new features and benefits
- Manage the testing, implementation and monitoring phases of new functions aimed at generating other sources of repeat business such as but not limited to e-Couponing
- For each new project delivery, set-up the related country guidelines and organise country briefing
- Liaise with the ecommerce team to ensure proper coordination and customer commercial pressure between the relational CRM and transactional CRM plans
- Support the other loyalty manager in the virtualisation of the card & account features via the wallet functions & the new app
New multi-brand loyalty programme (team project):
- Assist the Head of dept in defining and implementing the business pre-study & business case phases
- if Go confirmed, manage the IT project & the cross-brand customer base analyses to identify best cross fertilisation levers

- Internal : Loyalty Marketing Contacts of all countries; BUs: Cars / Vans & Trucks/ Low cost – Mid-Tier/ New Mobility / Intl coverage; Central teams: key Accounts & SME Sales; Partnership Sales; Brand Marketing; Social Media Marketing; Product Marketing; Customer intelligence; Franchisee dept; Ecommerce; Customer Service Dept.; IT team
- External : eCRM agency; Campaign tool provider; Online Media agency; Creative agencies

Expérience, formation et compétences souhaitées
Previous experience
- 10+ years’ experience in international loyalty marketing & loyalty programme management & related expertise in emailing campaign management
- Knowledge of Sales force / Marketing Cloud is a plus
- Project Management expertise
- Experience in briefing and interacting with IT teams
Education level / certificates
- Graduated from Business School
Languages
- English written and spoken fluency is a must
- Intermediary French written & spoken is a minimum
Computer skills and software used
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google tools
Personal characteristics
- Excellent oral presentation skills and planning/organisation skills
- Autonomous
- International mindset

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with short deadlines
- Good writing skills especially in writing effective & creative advertising/relational marketing messages in English
