Main Accountabilities
To own barrier diagnostics and innovation strategy for the relevant portfolio/product territory
To shape 5 years portfolio strategy and innovation pipeline
To accelerate global portfolio, innovation and activation priorities for portfolio in full compliance and collaboration with regulatory and scientific support teams.
To propose and to partner with lead markets for global initiatives (including go-to-market activations)
To ensure project management of the innovation process as well as individual initiative
To constantly improve packaging performance via channel relevance, consumer impact and
To lead development of the omnichannel communication strategy (B2B2C) for the selected portfolio territory in collaboration with marketing director, brand communication, digital marketing, corporate affairs and the agencies.

Context & Scope
To plan, develop and direct marketing efforts to maximize the growth of the allocated territories/ranges together with the marketing director
To provide the critical direction for consumer insights exploration for new portfolio territories – product and beyond.
To lead/contribute to the project briefs for each key gates (1 & 2) , defining the critical success factors, the size of the prize, proposing the key marketing messages/ claims, collecting the ambition of the champion markets
To participate in the steering meetings with all the project interfaces
To lead the complex x-pillar, x-portfolio projects in compliance with established procedures, regulation, legislation, ensuring a cross-pillar consistency and using the dedicated workflow tools
To co create the communication and activation strategies of the existing ranges /territories and develop the launch/activation campaigns for the markets
To establishes the collaborative relationship with the regional sales/marketing and the key priority markets
Profile
Minimum 7 years of marketing experience
Successful track record in innovation development (from consumer insights exploration to market success of the new product)
Project leadership experience
Digital marketing experience
P&L accountability
Strong partnership with sales, category teams
