What you’ll be doing at Webhelp

As an Italian-Speaking Customer Advisor for Technical Project, you will:

Assist customers throughout the buying process, providing guidance and solutions to meet their requirements.
Handle inbound calls and emails with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Quickly assess customer situations and provide on-the-spot advice or solutions.
Create an outstanding buying experience for customers, getting them excited about our products.
We’ll be a great match if you:

Have a high level of Italian (C1) and are fluent in English (B1)
Are able to to work independently and handle stressful situations effectively.
Have a positive and dedicated attitude towards customer satisfaction
Are familiar with Apple products or Mac knowledge is a significant advantage Are outgoing and confident in inbound/outbound phone sales with a great phone manner

As a French Customer Advisor for MisterFly, you will have the opportunity to empower your valuable technical skills while gaining a privileged view and know-how of the travel agency.

Your future project

As a French Customer Advisor for MisterFly you will:

  • Manage our customer's bookings (altering, canceling or creating new reservations), and achieve the performance targets defined by the project.
  • Manage customer expectations and needs.

Qualités et compétences:

We offer you

  • Competitive wages (14 monthly payments per year)

Profil recherché :

We are looking for

  • Native or Proficient French and fluent English (minimum level B2)
  • Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
  • Previous experience with GDS tools like Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre is preferential
  • Previous experience in Customer Service or a tourism representative is a plus
  • For non-EU residents, it is mandatory to have a valid work permit
