ABOUT US AM Retail Group was formed as a wholly owned subsidiary of G-III Apparel Group on July 8, 2008. The company was created to operate retail store locations owned by G-III. Under our umbrella are Wilsons Leather, G.H. Bass & Co., Calvin Klein Performance, Karl Lagerfeld Paris, and DKNY stores. Our people define our company. Our associates are ambitious, smart, engaging and fun people, who strive for excellence in everything they do. Working here requires commitment, innovation, and flexibility. The entrepre- neurial drive of our associates is at the heart of our continual quest to improve and innovate. We understand that we can only succeed so long as we remember the core values that got us here. We are unabashedly proud of our achievements, illustrated by the following timeline: 2008 G-III purchased Wilsons Leather name and 115 Wilsons Leather stores from PreVu, Inc. 2013 Company opens Calvin Klein Performance stores. 2013 G-III purchased G.H. Bass & Co. name and 158 G.H. Bass & Co. stores from PVH Corp. 2016 Company opens Karl Lagerfeld Paris stores. 2016 G-III purchased Donna Karan International. 2018 As of February, 2018 operates: 4 Calvin Klein Performance stores, 165 Wilsons Leather stores, 139 G.H. Bass & Co. stores, 8 Karl Lagerfeld Paris Stores, 5 DKNY stores and 45 DKNY Outlet stores, located in US, Canada, UK and Ireland.
