Since 1997 Iteco has been supplying Oil Country Tubular Goods (OCTG) to respective international exploration and production companies. The company has sales offices and representatives in Germany, China, Middle East, France, UK, USA, South America, Australia, Singapore and India with staff that speaks and thinks fluent in English, Spanish, German, French, Greek, Turkish, Chinese, Russian, Filipino (Tagalog), Dutch and Hindi. Our sales force has collective industry experience of over 160 years, and is therefore able to provide a well-informed highly focused service to our customers. Iteco personnel have expertise in the fields of sales, procurement, logistics, technical support and back up. Using the experience and know-how of our staff, Iteco has built up a client base over many years. Managing the relationship and ensuring on time delivery of a quality product allows the company to secure repeat business and service long-term agreements. To support its larger contracts, Iteco has strategic supply relationships with various mills throughout the world. We work with accredited mills, but insist on our own quality regime to ensure a quality product is delivered to our customers. To secure delivery from source to destination on time, Iteco has also developed a strong shipping/freight forwarding network.
