Weishardt is a French family business dedicated to the production and the sale of gelatine (origin fish scales/skins or pig skins or beef skins), fish collagen, tailor made blend of various ingredients and fat, as a by-product of the production of pig skin gelatine. Customers are in the B to B segment in food (confectionery, dairy, meat..), pharmaceutical (capsules..) and food supplement industries. Weishardt is ISO 22 00 certified and the 4th player of its industry with plants in France, Canada and Slovakia. 85% of the turn over is made out of France.
